Observation notes: This sighting was about 8pm. The temprature was about 80°. It was overcast. Wind was slight maybe 5 mph. It was going around a small plant in the same mannor an actual humming bird would. I got very close to it. (Did not touch it) to get a few pictures. It was the highlight of our evening. This was in west Richland Washington state.
