Observation notes: This specimen did a lot of high flying at treetop levels, but then repeatedly settled briefly on Keckiella blooms in a thicket of Keckiella, conejo buckwheat,and other low bushes below the northern slope of the knoll in the east-central sector of the botanic garden. Temperature was in the high 80s Fahrenheit, humidity was near 70%, and breezes were intermittent 0 to 5 mph.
